Who is responsible for your information?

Bookings
Online bookings are provided through FareHarbor. When you use the booking grid, FareHarbor processes the details needed to check availability and complete your reservation under its own privacy information and service terms.
Activity and safety information
We may need participant, contact, medical or emergency information to assess whether an activity is suitable and to manage it safely. We keep access limited and retain information only for as long as required for operational, insurance or legal purposes.
External content
Live Google reviews and the Instagram feed are supplied through Elfsight, while online bookings are supplied through FareHarbor. These services may receive technical information such as your IP address when their content loads. YouTube videos use the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain and begin loading only when you choose to play them.
Enquiries
When you submit the contact form, we use the details you provide to answer your enquiry and plan the activity you asked about. The form sends your message to [email protected]. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without permission.
Analytics and website storage
With your consent, we use Google Analytics measurement ID G-066Z9WM8H8 to understand visits and improve the website. The Analytics script loads only after you accept optional analytics. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Essential browser storage is used to remember that choice and may also be required for booking or website functionality.
Sharing and international processing
We use service providers only where needed for booking, website delivery and optional embedded content. Those services may process data outside the UK using their own safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
Your rights
UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal information, and to object or complain. Email [email protected], call 07568 371 957 or write to the registered office if you want to exercise a right or ask a privacy question.
Security and changes
We use proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect information. We may update this policy when the website, services or legal requirements change; the review date above shows the latest version.
