Meet Will and the team
Sharing North Devon’s outdoor space
Xtreme Coasteering has been helping people explore the North Devon coast since summer 2013. Owner Will and the guiding team bring more than 50 years of combined professional experience to the water, rocks and beaches they know so well.
Will has been coasteering since 2013 and was trained by expert guides who remain part of the team today. Ash and Mo have each been coasteering since 2008, building years of practical experience around Croyde Bay, Baggy Point and the changing conditions of the North Devon coast.
The aim is simple: create personal, memorable adventures that feel exciting while retaining the friendly, supportive atmosphere that helps every participant get involved.

Our approach
Challenge should feel personal
Some people arrive ready for the biggest available challenge. Others are nervous about the first step into the water. Both are welcome. Guides read the group, explain the options and build a session that works for the people taking part.
That is what bespoke means to us: not a one-size-fits-all route, but the right balance of support, fun and adventure for your day.

Respect for the sea and the coast
The ocean deserves both respect and enthusiasm. We want guests to leave with a greater connection to the North Devon landscape as well as the buzz of the activity itself.
Routes and plans are adapted to conditions, and groups are briefed to move responsibly through the coastal environment.
